Our Mission

What began as a way of helping individuals navigate academic and professional challenges developed into a broader commitment to working with mission-driven organizations seeking meaningful structural change.

We believe that many challenges experienced by individuals, professionals, and communities are not simply the result of personal choices or isolated circumstances. They are shaped by wider systems, organizational structures, policies, professional relationships, and established ways of working.

Our Services

We support organizations to investigate complex problems, by making their underlying causes visible, and developing practical, evidence-informed solutions. Our work brings together applied research, evidence synthesis, evaluation, strategic inquiry, and collaborative problem-solving.

Our Approach

Our approach combines scholarly rigour with professional and real-world experience. We work collaboratively with organizations to understand how problems are produced and sustained within their wider organizational and social contexts.

Lynn Herdzik, a former Health Education England RePAIR Fellow and former Senior Lecturer-Practitioner in Advanced Clinical Practice at Anglia Ruskin University draws on a bespoke network of experts for each project. Through Researchwithlynn, she works alongside organizations to strengthen systems and create changes that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
